Cous-cous a la Delia

This was a recipe I first made one day last summer, and since then whip it out at any excuse. Its moved away from Delia Smith’s original so as to make up for the fact that I don’t always have the ingredients necessary. The important thing is a really sharp dressing, and generous lumps of firm goats cheese.
