The highlights from London Fashion Week’s opening catwalk show

Models adorned in candy pinks, parrot greens and powder blue stripes lit up the catwalk during the highly-anticipated opening catwalk show.

Flowing elegant silhouettes were juxtaposed with the playful colour palette, reflecting J.JS.Lee‘s sophisticated tailoring yet free-spirited approach to her designs.

Flared culottes and high-necked silk shirts demonstrate that 70s fashion is here to stay this summer. Other highlights included mini-skirt suits and statement block heeled mules.

The loose flowing shift dresses and layered oversized tunics take their inspiration from an open birds cage, celebration freedom and nurture.

Overall Lee has created a wearable and versatile collection for SS16 which reflects her desire to embody a liberating and in uninhibited concepts.
