Wiley to play Freshers’ Ball

YUSU have today announced that Wiley will be headlining the Freshers Ball with his recent hit ‘Wearing my Rolex’

YUSU have today announced that Wiley will be headlining the Freshers’ Ball with his recent hit ‘Wearing my Rolex’.

The Freshers Ball, which takes place on the 12th of October, will be headlined by Wiley with supporting acts from Eoghan Quigg from the X-factor and Paper Heroes from E4’s Skins. Also available will be a ‘Digital Funfair’ where guests can play Pacman using an exercise bike and “spank a mannequin in time to music”.

Tickets are now on sale for £29, which includes transport.

Today’s announcement also revealed that BAFTA award winning Simon Bird, famous for playing Will in Channel 4’s ‘Inbetweeners’, will be performing at YUSU Freshers’ Comedy. Tickets for this event have also gone on sale today for £9, as well as tickets for Access all Areas which are also £9.

    That is amazing! Well done Bretts! He has loads of hits, known as the true Godfather of Grime and its a bit of a travesty that he hasn’t has as much mainstream success as Lethal, Kano or Tinchy (even though they’re not as good in my opinion).
