Why was Andy Chan not on the panel? He’s got more right to be on that panel than Onwudike, Remi, and James Carr put together.

Chan to come on and bag a brace in a 2-0 win for Alcuin. Then he will bag most of the female cast of Fusion later on in the evening.

Great coverage nouse throughout this college cup. hats must go off to hydey and his team.

jack crane however is definately NOT the longest in the shower. i think people are forgetting a certain laurie swan.

and to discard alcuin as a long ball, one-dimensional team is ridiculous.
throughout the cup they’ve played far and away the best football. Just because they have a plan B and can mix it up a bit, does not make them the new bolton.

Shelly makes a good point that Vanbrugh have perhaps the best team ethic in the college cup; this year I only see Alcuin as rivalling them for their spirit.

But this isn’t enough to win them the cup. They’ve had one great result against Derwent and have been fortunate to get this far…beating a much-depleted Goodricke side on penalties and beating a poor James side who got the same result against their Vanbrugh 2nds.

Unless they go for the draw and aim to win it on penalties, I can’t see them winning the competition.
