Many thanks to all those who took part in whatever way, it certainly was a great day! The standard of rugby in particular was v high as well from both teams and im sure derwent will be no different on saturday! Cheers to Adam for braving the cold and putting up with 80 mins of hideous fly-half play in the process giving college rugby a great write-up. Bring on Saturday!!!

It was a great day with the game played in great spirit. All 3 colleges have a competetive but friendly relationship- many players play down at York RI together, and the work put in by Guesty, Rankin and Alex in making sure this even went ahead in the first place, deserves the highest respect.

It was a great game today, there was a considerable attendance from all colleges taking part and both sides not only did themselves proud, but college rugby as a whole. I hope next week and the following week go just as well, and continuing support would be greatly appreciated!!

Sat Dec 6th: Derwent v James
Sat Dec 13th: Derwent v Alcuin

It would be great to see as many people as possible there, hip-flask and all if the weather’s slightly chilly!
