		<description>Surely this so called U-turn can only be a positive thing? Many individuals, both children and students benefit from this type of social-student interaction. There are naturally going to be changes and rectifications, similar to those which hit other supportive bodies such as Nightline a couple of years ago, however these changes will be beneficial to both parties involved and the idea that this is a political 'U-turn' as the title suggests is nothing more than hyperbole...this is a positive step forward in a time when students giving back to their local society should be encouraged...good on YUSU I say for not giving up on what is clearly a worthwhile cause!!</description>
