The Women’s Canoe Polo game was a tight affair, ending in a 1-1 draw.
York dominated the first half, but no goals were scored. York then scored early in the second half through Molly Crisp, who was their most aggressive players, but Lancaster used the fact they had most of the possession to peg the home side back.
Lancaster went on to have a goal disallowed, and York held out for a share of the spoils.
