Lancaster scored a domineering victory over York on Saturday evening in the pool, winning 3-1.
Two goals from the away team were scored by a Great Britain capped player, both open goals as a result of York’s goalie failing to get back in time.
In the second half York’s goal was scored by Si Cubbons.
It was a bad-tempered game, with a Lancaster player getting a yellow card and a time out for bad behaviour.
