Full statement from Senior Departmental Administrator:

â€œThe University has got complacent: we need a kick up the arse. Weâ€™re spending far too much time, money and effort on Heslington East, and as a result weâ€™re forgetting the importance of our students.â€

â€œI am happy for my comments to be made public, but I donâ€™t want my name to be revealed – I donâ€™t want to end up getting sacked and stacking shelves in Tescos.â€
