For a disaster film, this film is a bit of a disaster. There are some amazing scenes of airborne dragons fighting armoured helicopters, but these are the most an audience can hope to enjoy, unless you’re really keen on seeing Matthew McConaughey overacting as American mercenary, Denton Van Zan. The extras concentrate on the dragons, and the problems of making a monster-movie without having a monster on the set.
