As if you weren’t doing enough for humanity by buying chocolate made from fairly traded ingredients, Dubble is also raising money for Comic Relief. In October 2000, Comic Relief and The Day Chocolate Company teamed up with Kuapa Kokoo – a co-operative of 35,000 cocoa farmers in Ghana, West Africa, to launch Dubble, a chunky bar with caramelised crisp rice. The rice appears to have sunk to the bottom, in an unprofessional way but the overall result is fairly pleasing. A decent alternative to a Lion bar.
